Waited at an hour in line to get in then it was a 4 hour wait to bowl which was fine thought we could go play laser tag, pool , or play games. Laser tag was 3 hour wait, pool the same as well as the bar and every game had at least three people waiting for it. So what was there to do nothing. So we went to get our refund but when asked guy at the register was extremely rude and rolled his eyes then went to get a manager. Once manger came we had at least 7 people with us and he sighed like we did something wrong and mind you we only bought the tickets or what ever they are called not even 15 minutes before. I will not ever go back. They need to make more location in this area or north for less traffic in the place.
A good deal if you buy the unlimited and plan on spending lots of time. I really enjoyed the pool and lazer tag here.
I would like for management to recognize an employee by the name of Lizzy. She did an excellent job yesterday with my granddaughter's birthday party. Not often do we find young adults these days who are caring, patient and devoted to their job! It is because of employees like her that we would book another event at this location.
Fun place to go to. Great fun for adults and children! They serve food and drinks as well.
My visit was quite ok, they have an arcade with nice little games to play. Its more of a family place where you can shoot pool and bowl. They have great drinks and food. The only turn off for me was the mushrooms on the pizza. But 4 out of 5 its a great place.
If I could give no stars I would had an incredibly terrible experience the other night.
