Candice was so helpful, I was truly blown away! I'd give more stars if I could! As a newbie to mountain biking she told me to do my research and even suggest that I go to the bike shop up the street to check out a wider selection. Although I did not end up getting my bike from Bike Land, I will definitely be going up there to do business in the future. Great shop with great people! It'll be the first one I recommend to friends.
They are very courteous and respectful . My brake on left handlebar was not working. Come to find out I put the brakes on wrong . They fixed it and did not charge me. I bought a helmet to pay them back . It is important to support local businesses.

I found these guys had the best customer service and most reasonable service rates around. Plus the best group rides I'd ever been on! They really go above and beyond and I am honored to have the opportunity to join the team.
