As another reviewer stated, the other bike shop by Party City said my Cannondale's shock wasn't even worth repairing and that I should just buy a new bike from them. I took it to Ken and he had it repaired in half the time and price for what he originally thought it might take. I also went ahead and bought two new bikes for my wife and son for Christmas and the prices seemed very reasonable.

Very knowledgeable staff who can service your push bike, lots of bikes for sale at varying budget ranges plus lots of accessories for cycling from helmets to lights to bike racks

Very pleased with Ken’s service and loyalty to his customers. He’s earned my trust and loyalty and I highly recommend Bike Lane for their excellent customer service and knowledgeable team.

Bought a bike for my 9 yr old, with little to no help in pulling bikes for my 7yr old and 9 yr old to try. When I inquired if there were any sells, the man said he'd give me the $439 bike for $400. Shopped around, (Sun and Ski super helpful, as well as Bike Land, but daughter really wanted this particular bike from Bike Lane), so came back and diff guys says 10% off, then orig man comes out and "offers $400." I am then met with a look of being cheap b/c I explained I'll take the 10%. ....Then no offer to assist me and my two girls 7 and 9 to load it. 1 daughter opened door, while other carried keys and wallet....the men here, nothing. My husband and I will be buying our Mountain bikes elsewhere!

My kids bike had the bearings go out on the crank case (I guess that what you call it) The other bike shop by party city said it wasn't worth repairing that I should buy a new bike (wanted $80 to repair). The guy that helped be 4 minutes to closing was able to get it repaired for $30 and it was ready the next day. I won't even bother going anywhere else for repairs.
